Update: You can now see my camera review for the iPhone 13 Pro Max and download a high resolution sample gallery of photos taken with the different lenses here!
In this iPhone 12 Pro Max camera review, we are doing a natural light portrait photoshoot. I will be testing out the standard camera, wide angle camera, zooming functions and the portrait camera. We will also be testing out the Pro Max's video features including the very exciting IBIS! You can see all the photo and video samples in my behind the scenes video below.
We also head into the Sydney harbour to test out the night sight capabilities of the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I test out taking some long exposure photos with landscapes and portraits as well as some astrophotography.
Watch the video below to see the image quality with 100% zoomed in and unedited photos from the iPhone camera. If you want to see some full resolution images, you can download my 12 Pro Max sample gallery here.
In this blog post I share both the unedited photos and photos edited with my Digital Film App available for iOs. You can also download it for Android here.

This blog was put together with Narrative. I love using Narrative as part of my photoshoot culling process to see which images from a shoot I should edit and I also use it to easily & quickly be able to put together these blog posts with different layouts of images side by side. I’m really excited to say I’ve teamed up with Narrative and have a 15% discount code for you guys using the code julia15 or just clicking this link! You can download a free trial to test it out for 7 days too.
