How do I download the presets?
You will receive a download link immediately after payment has been cleared, so you can start editing straight away!
How do I install the presets?
Every download link comes with easy step by step instructions, including both written guides and video tutorials, showing how to install them on all compatible software.
Are these presets for mobile or desktop?
All presets are available for Mobile and Desktop. If you want to double check, each preset description shows a list of compatible software.
What if I lose my presets?
Please email us on juliatrotti@gmail.com and explain your situation. We will re-send the presets you bought back to the original email address they were bought with.
We recommend backing up your presets. This means you are creating copies of your presets and saving them in other places in case of a computer or software failure, or if you accidentally delete or misplace your file. You can back your presets up to locations such as external hard drives or USB drives.
What if I change my mind?
Since these are digital products, there are no returns or exchanges.
